I had the opportunity to try these delicious snacks and share some with some friends and they were actually really good. The granola bars were my kid’s favorite. My picky kid couldn’t get enough of them!
The granola bars are protein packed with super foods. They contain 10g of protein per granola bar! Not only are they high in protein, they are grain, gluten, dairy and soy free. Yes, you read that right and yet they are still delicious. These vegan treats come in dark chocolate almond sea salt, dark chocolate cocao bar, and coconut cashew dark chocolate.
Now, let’s talk about the granola. I am personally a huge granola fan. I love me a good granola to take along with me for a quick snack. My kids aren’t as big of a fan of loose granola as they are of granola bars. They just don’t get what they are missing!
These granola snacks are not free of all the things the granola bars are (be sure to read the labels on each flavor as their contents vary) but they are organic and protein packed. They contain 10g of protein per serving as the granola bars do. I have tried the honey and oats and the blueberry and they are delicious! I have not yet tried the dark chocolate ones but I’m sure they are just as delicious as well.
The last item I was given to sample was the Hemp Hearts shelled hemp seeds. These are perfect to sprinkle over a salad or toss with other ingredients into a smoothie. You could also add them as muffin or oatmeal toppings. What a great way to boost the nutritional value of what you eat. Check out the nutritional content of these hemp seeds below. They have some amazing things in them.
